Flexi Support Top-Up Option

With our new Flexi-Credit

Top-Up option;

1. We will notify you when your credit balance falls below £100.00 (or your average monthly or quarterly spend) whichever comes first
   
2. You will have the option to use one of our existing fixed-fee options or the Flexi-Credit option
   
3. Flexi-Credit Top-Up units come in blocks of £50 – Choose the number of blocks required based on your own ‘guesstimate’ or the estimated average monthly or quarterly spend
   
4. Purchases of Flexi-Credit Top-Up’s are governed by our Standard Customer Agreement

Flexi-Credit Top-Up units come in blocks of £50 (suggested minimum is 2 blocks)

Simply choose the number of blocks required based on your own ‘guesstimate’ or the estimated average monthly or quarterly spend we suggest. We'll then issue an invoice!

What this means for customers not currently using one of our fixed-fee support packages?

1. You can spot-purchase Flexi-Credit Top-Up units (as above) and bank them with us in case you need some emergency or short-notice intervention with your website(s)
   
2. There will be an automatic monthly deduction from your credit at our flat hourly rate for routine inspection/maintenance or any required fixes of your website(s)
3. The flat hourly deduction is £13.55 for any work we undertake. Only a percentage is applied if any work undertaken is less than an hour
4. With credit already banked, we will be able to get on with making changes, fixing problems or assisting you to address virus and hacker issues much more quickly and efficiently
   
5. Purchases of Flexi-Credit Top-Up’s do not affect your Statutory Rights and are governed by our Customer Agreement ( referred to above )
