* A ‘support package’ is a single purchase as priced above. The flexible terms outlined above also apply.
Up to (4) four support packages can be purchased at any time and refunds apply in any circumstances as set out in the service agreement.
We send annual service renewal reminders to customers using this package.
The Fixed-24-Support package can only be applied to a single website and its associated resources (e.g. social media profiles).

The service & payments
Support & maintenance
- Security email alerts will be managed by us on your behalf.
- Maintenance and updating of plugin / software will be carried out by our team on a monthly basis or as the need arises
- We will undertake update of pages at your request (including specialist pages e.g. tables + Box.net downloads)
- Management of SPAM and suspicious login or registrations will be carried out by our team on a monthly basis or as the need arises
- Maintaining your software applications and updates will be carried out by our team
Credit deductions
The standard monthly charge for this package is

Other requests
Other detailed work (e.g. theme upgrades, update
of pages, new software etc) is carried out only at
your request within the designated hours set out
for this package.
