What are our Direct Debits for?

Customer orders will normally be set out in the confirmation you receive from our payment handler. In most cases your purchase will have been agreed with us prior to your transaction.  If not you should email us immediately at enquiries@firststopwebdesign.net quoting descriptions or reference numbers of the products / services you purchased.
